- Use 250g of Naaz Original Butter Chicken paste for 1.25 to 1.4kg chicken.
- Add required paste to a greased pot with meat.
- Add two tomatoes to thicken gravy.
- Add salt to taste and simmer until cooked.
- Add water to adjust gravy ( Hint:when it starts ticking to the pot) Add yogurt, cream or coconut cream to taste ( approx 60-100ml).
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving (Optional)
- Serve with rice, naan, chapatti or pita bread.
