Chicken or Beef Risotto
- Use 250g of Naaz Authentic Indian Curry paste for 1.25 –1.4kg chicken/beef.
- Add required paste to a greased pot with meat.
- Add two tomatoes to thicken gravy.
- Add salt to taste and simmer until cooked.
- Add mixed veges after the meat is cooked (optional).
- Add 3 cups (500g) of Jasmine or Basmati or Risotto rice.
- Add 6 cups of water and bring it to boil. Stir periodically to avoid sticking to the bottom.
- Add coconut cream to taste 60-100ml (optional). Reduce heat and simmer till cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving (optional)
