Korma (Lamb / Beef / Chicken )

  • Use 250g of Naaz Korma paste for 1.25 to 1.4kg beef, lamb or chicken.
  • Add required paste to a greased pot with meat.
  • Add two tomatoes to thicken gravy.
  • Add almonds or cashews to suit.
  • Add salt to taste and simmer until cooked.
  • Add water to adjust gravy (Tip: when it starts sticking to the pot).
  • Add coconut cream to taste (approx 60-120ml)
  • Garnish with fresh coriander before┬áserving. (Optional)
  • Serve with rice, naan, chapatti or┬ápita bread.
