Tandoori Chicken

  • Use 250g of tandoori paste to 1.25kg of chicken. 
  • Add 200g of natural unsweetened yoghurt. 
  • Add Salt to taste and marinate overnight or minimum of 4 hours before cooking. 
  • Put contents in a flat baking tray and bake in oven until cooked.
  • Alternatively it can be cooked on a BBQ.
  • Serve with naan bread or equivalent or Oven baked potato chips
  • Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. (Optional)
