- Use 250g of tandoori paste to 1.25kg of chicken.
- Add 200g of natural unsweetened yoghurt.
- Add Salt to taste and marinate overnight or minimum of 4 hours before cooking.
- Put contents in a flat baking tray and bake in oven until cooked.
- Alternatively it can be cooked on a BBQ.
- Serve with naan bread or equivalent or Oven baked potato chips
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. (Optional)
